Planetshakers

The mandate of Planetshakers — Empowering Generations to Win Generations — is outworked globally through the ministry of The Planetshakers Band. The heart behind each endeavour is to see every generation empowered by a life-transforming personal encounter with God through the experience of authentic praise and worship.

Birthed in a youth revival in Adelaide, South Australia (2000), and later, following Pastors Russell and Sam Evans to plant a church in Melbourne, Victoria, The Planetshakers Band serves locally in addition to touring Australia, New Zealand, the USA, UK, Europe, South Africa, Asia and South America annually.

Known for songs such as Nothing is impossible, The Anthem, Leave Me Astounded and Endless Praise, and having produced over 30 internationally acclaimed albums, The Planetshakers Band has been privileged to be used by God to release a fresh sound of praise and worship into atmospheres all over the world, bringing the breakthrough and freedom of Heaven to Earth.

Since the beginning, they have remained highly prolific, releasing a steady stream of live albums including 2001’s Phenomena, 2004’s Open Up the Gates, 2006’s Saviour of the World, 2008’s Evermore, 2009’s One, and more. Arriving in 2011, Limitless reached number eight on Billboard’s U.S. Top Heatseekers Chart, and 2014’s Endless Praise: Live also performed similarly well, hitting number three.

A year later, they returned with both the Ed Cash-produced Outback Worship Sessions and #LETSGO, the latter of which garnered a Dove Award nomination for Long Form Video of the Year. Overflow: Live followed in 2016. In 2017, Planetshakers returned with Legacy, Vol. 1: Alive Again, which featured performances recorded in the Philippines and Malaysia, followed by the EP Heaven on Earth, Pt. 1 in April 2018.
